THE MITO DINING EXPERIENCE
Dining in Cambodia is for the adventurous spirit. Khmer (Cambodian) cuisine is usually made up of rice noodles, soups, grilled, stir-fried, curries, salads, desserts, lots of vegetables, tropical fruits, and of course rice — the main agriculture product from the Kingdom of Wonders. Although much of the secrets recipes that Cambodia’s cuisine is known for was lost during the Khmer Rouge, many traditional dishes have been passed on from mother to daughter.
Only a 10 minute walks away from the famous Central Market, Mito Hotel has the freshest ingredients and cleanly prepares delicious meals at the Cafe downstairs. Our partner, M Cafe is known for its savory beef Lok Lak and garlic pink rice, including many traditional Southeast Asian dishes as well as the local coffee with condense milk — a must have for any coffeeholic.
The Terrace Bar is also available for late nights overlooking a quaint Buddhist temple next door, viewers can relax during the evening there and soak in their day with a sip of wine.
The Corner Restaurant and The Wan Hao Seafood Restaurant is also available nearby for an experience of hotpot dining.
